How do I use my visits?

Log in anytime and start a visit for any condition. Your visit credit will apply automatically, and you’ll receive your treatment or prescription in 1–2 hours.

Premium members get priority visits in under an hour.

Do unused visits roll over?

Yes — unused visits roll over to the next month as long as your subscription stays active.

If you cancel, any rolled-over visits expire at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I add friends or family members?

Yes! You can add limited dependents to your plan for free. Need more? No problem, add more for just $5 each per month.

Dependents share your visit credits and get their own secure login for privacy.

What’s the difference between plans?

Advantage – 1 visit/month + 24/7 Nurse Line, AI Doctor, 10% off extras.

Premium – 2 visits/month + expedited care (<1 hour), free lab/quarter, 20% off extras.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

Paused plans keep your information and history saved, and you’ll get a reminder before reactivation.

Do I need insurance?

No insurance needed. You pay one flat subscription price, and your pharmacy can still use your insurance for medication pickup if you have it.

What conditions can I use my visits for?

Most common conditions — urgent care, chronic refills, mental health, women’s and men’s health, dermatology, and more.

Each visit is reviewed by a board-certified provider.

How fast will I get a response or prescription?

Most visits are reviewed in 1–2 hours; Premium members are seen in less than an hour.

You’ll get notified by text and email as soon as your provider completes your visit.

Is my information private and secure?

Absolutely. Call-On-Doc uses HIPAA-compliant technology and encrypted data protection to keep all health information safe and private.

What’s the loyalty reward?

Members earn a free month  or free quarter after consistent use. You’ll be notified automatically when your reward unlocks.

What happens if I need more visits?

You can always add extra visits at a discounted rate — your membership automatically applies your savings.
